Personal License Card 

If you’re planning to work in a restaurant, pub, hotel, shop or any location that sells alcohol, you’ll need a 'Personal Licence',  which can be obtained by making a personal licence application to the local licensing authority in the area in which you live.

 

"A Personal Licence is a licence required for individuals who will authorise the sale or supply of alcohol on a licensed premises. While it is true that you can sell alcohol without a Personal Licence, provided that you have been authorised to do so by a Personal Licence holder, it is best to have your own Personal Licence.

How to apply for a Personal Licence (card)?

The first step in attaining a Personal Licence is to obtain the relevant qualification. We recommend the 'APLH', (Award for Personal Licence Holders), which you can study with us.

 

To make this less daunting for the Thai candidates, we have an approved Thai tutor and Thai APLH handbook available for you.
